Madonna announces rescheduled tour dates, with a new St. Paul show Madonna has announced the dates for her rescheduled Celebration Tour, including a Feb. 13 stop at St. Paul’s Xcel Energy Center.Ticketholders can use their previous tickets for the new date or seek a refund at the point of purchase.
